For a few years, we’ve been introducing you to the Spinda Records roster, a DIY label that pushes fine underground artists to the forefront and supports a wide range of niches from psychedelic dark folk to shoegaze or post-hardcore. We love this cutting-edge label that promotes its local scene. Today, The Andalusian label is extending its reach by crossing the Pyrenees mountains and going beyond Auvergne’s volcanoes with the trippy second single from Parisian psychedelic rock newcomers EMPTY FULL SPACE, premiering now on THC.
Empty Full Space is a young five-piece from Paris who take their cue from the phantasmagorical world of Hawkwind or Brian Jonestown Massacre and the sharp riffing of the likes of King Gizzard or Osees, and deliver a delightfully weighty and fuzzy blend of garage psych rock and kraut. Their debut album “From The Limbo” plunges listeners into a sonic corridor of endlessly layered guitars, hypnotic rhythms and introspective lyrics.
Debut album “From the Limbo” is out on March 20 on Spinda Records with preorders available at spindarecords.com and Bandcamp. Find Empty Full Space on Facebook and Instagram.
